Frequently Asked Questions

I'm a beginner, what should I do?
If you are a beginner or if it is your first time, be sure to book one of our “The Classic” classes, which is perfect for beginners! We will provide you with everything you need — you just need to bring yourself and some grippy socks. Arriving a few minutes early is helpful too, so you can learn about the reformer with the instructor.
What should I wear?
Fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks. Loose clothing makes it harder for an instructor to see your alignment.
How early should I arrive?
About ten minutes before your first class so you have time for an equipment introduction.
How often should I come?
Once a week maintains. Two or three times a week is where most people feel a real change in strength and control.
Can I come while pregnant or with an injury?
Tell your instructor before class and they will adapt the work. For a medical condition, get clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist first.
How do I book?
Everything runs through the online timetable on the booking page. Choose a class and reserve your spot.
